We provide the contact details of companies / fitters who we have worked with before, and make arrangements with installers on your behalf.

The Worktop Shop does not offer a fitting service, nor do we endorse any company or individual who offer a fitting service.

These details are offered in good faith but do not represent a contract or an offer of guarantee from THE WORKTOP SHOP 

The fitting work will be carried out under a separate contract between you and the fitter(s) and the fitter(s) will take full responsibility for the quality of their work and service.

We will confirm after ordering the approximate delivery times. If there is any delay or we cannot fulfil your request we will call you to discuss any options, exceptions may apply.

 

IMPORTANT

Our delivery service is made to the 'kerb side' due to insurance guidelines so please arrange for adequate help to off load.

All delivery services are by lorry or van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible.

If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver because you are not home, or there is inadequate help available, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for redelivery.
